Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring cartridges are sealed to prevent leaking, and include a copy of your RMA slip inside the box.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
